21. The Quiet Killer 

 Sometime in our live's everyone will get stressed 

 When it starts to affect your outlook you're probably depressed 

 Talking about your problems has been proven to aid recovery 

 Maybe then you'll learn how to prevent it through discovery 

 

Years ago, talking about your problems was seen as a weakness especially in men, due to the old-fashioned mindset of men having to be the strongest sex to protect the weaker female sex. But today, talking openly about stress and depression is seen as both healthy and possibly lifesaving. When Covid and lockdowns paralysed the world for a few years, never did we believe that children would be so affected both physically and mentally by the after effects. We can only hope that adults and especially children get the help they deserve, because children as we all know are our future.
